  • Sony MDR-G75LW Street Style Neckband Headphones (Black) Reviews:

Reviews for Sony MDR-G75LW Street Style Neckband Headphones (Black) (Electronics) I purchased this mainly as a result of I wanted a comfortable neckband headphone -- in this regard it is okay. Sonically, it's rather better than the stock earphones that come with ipods, zunes, and many others... but it does not in reality evaluate to a in a similar fashion worthd/sized Sennheiser PX100 and even the less expensive Koss KSC75.

The bass is there, small print are just right enough to experience at midrange, and the soundstage is decent enough for me. Now for the dangerous: transparency is considerably worse compared to the PX100, timbre sucks, and worst but... the sound begins to saturate at mid-volume.
Reviews for Sony MDR-G75LW Street Style Neckband Headphones (Black) (Electronics) Folds right into a dimension sufficiently small for any pocket with my Cowon D2. Clarity is excellent, good vary and bass is deep for the dimensions. Doesn't make you really feel like you're lacking anything like most transportable headphones. Much higher sounding than my MDR-g52g and they keep on neatly sufficient to move working with. Padding is way superior over most open-air Sony headphones. For the price I hope they are sturdy and the cord is skinny however lined by means of some cloth weave.
Perfect for people who want they may fit high quality sound into their pockets with out 6ft. wire and massive cans to draw consideration. I truly have Sennheiser 202's that sound slighty better, however are a hassle to deliver along.
Reviews for Sony MDR-G75LW Street Style Neckband Headphones (Black) (Electronics) I in reality like how these headphones fold up and the way they match on my ears. I sold them mostly for the retractable twine, which didn't disappoint. I like how they let in nearly all ambient sound, so I can hear what's going on round me. I do NOT like that the cord is so brief (3 feet, I assume.) It has compelled me to change my iPhone-carrying pocket to my left side, for the rationale that twine comes down off the left ear, which really troubles me. So this selection is dangerous for any person who will now not be left-handed.

The audio quality is throughly mediocre if not bad for this price range. I hate to assume what the $20 version of this headphone appears like. All the reviewers on this page who rave about its bass and treble must have never heard anything higher than the iPod stock earbuds. I think these reviewers would feel born again if they ever heard a $70 pair of Grado SR60's.

Bottom line: these headphones are overpriced for what you get.

Retractable cord for fighting cord tangling and for simple carrying. Pressure relieving urethane cushion for comfortable becoming. Neodynmium magnet for superior sound. Folding mechanism for straightforward carrying.
